Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mathiveri Go and the bookings you make through it. By booking, you agree to them. Mathiveri Go connects you with independent local providers on Mathiveri — we are an enabler: the provider you book with runs the service and is responsible for it. We are not the provider and we don’t take payment on their behalf.

Booking & payment

• When you book, you enter an agreement with the provider, not with Mathiveri Go.
• Payment is by bank transfer to the provider’s account. You upload your transfer slip to confirm it.
• A booking is held for a limited time while payment is pending, and becomes confirmed once the payment is verified. If it isn’t paid in time, the hold is released.
• Prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).

Cancellations, changes & refunds

• Each service has its own cancellation and refund policy, shown before you pay. The policy in effect when you book is saved to your booking and won’t change afterwards.
• Refunds, where due, are issued by the provider under that policy.
• Changes to a confirmed booking (for example a new date) are subject to the provider’s approval and availability.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate booking details and arrive on time.
• Follow the provider’s safety instructions and any waiver you accept.
• Don’t misuse the platform, submit false payment slips, or book fraudulently.

Providers

Providers are independent and solely responsible for their services, safety, staff, and any licences required to operate. Providers must keep their account credentials secure and only list services they are able to deliver.

Liability

Mathiveri Go provides the booking platform “as is” and is not responsible for the services provided by providers, or for their acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of the Maldives that cannot lawfully be limited.
